fundraising Overview
The primary fundraising program for Pack 858 is the sale of popcorn and meat sticks led by Scouts each Fall. Sales earnings support operating expenses for our council and the pack and allow us to provide a quality Cub Scouting program each year.

IMPORTANT DATES FOR 2021
May: Program Planning announced for following School-year
June/July: Begin and finalize reservations of Show & Sell locations
August 13th: Submit Show & Sell order online
September 2nd or 3rd: Pick-up Show & Sell Popcorn & 'Take Orders' sales begin
October 18th: Deadline to return unsold products
October 25th: Take Orders Due
November 10th or 12th: Pick-up unit Take Orders
December: Invoice payments due

General information From council
Popcorn Sales benefit your unit and help fund the council camp scholarships, Scouting for Food, and much more! There is no up-front cost to your unit. Units pay for only the product they sell. Sales support local Scouting. A built-in prize program encourages Scouts to sell.
Popcorn sales teach Scouts the responsibility and value of earning their way.
Popcorn is easy to sell.
Scouts can earn free camping at a Greater St Louis Area Council camp of their choice!
